Biography of our Pastor
A Visionary, Teacher, Prophet, Author and Founder of the Reaching Outside the Walls Ministry (R.O.T. W.). Pastor Twitty is a native of Chesnee, South Carolina and the Pastor of the Word of Deliverance Christian Assembly in Gaffney, S.C. where "We're walking in the Season of Manifestation". Pastor Twitty is a devoted husband to his lovely wife, Elect Lady Nicole Humphries Twitty and their three beautiful children, Shante', Rashawn, and Amber.
In 1998, God gave Pastor Twitty a vision to establish the Reaching Outside The Walls Ministry (R.O.T.W.) and instructed Pastor Twitty to write it as He had instructed to make it plain. God instructed Pastor Twitty to bring both the church and the world together to become the Kingdom of God. Under Pastor Twitty's leadership, WODCA has rapidly multiplied into several different Ministries; including but not limited to, the Women's Ministry, Single's Ministry, Get Real Men's Ministry, Prison Ministry, Food Ministry, and the New Convert and New Membership Ministry. All of these ministries have been incorporated under the umbrella of the R.O.T.W. The mission of the R.O.T.W. Ministry is to go out into the cities, cross over into other states, travel around the world to other nations to restore, deliver, and to liberate God's that they may declare unto themselves and others that they shall live and not die.
God revealed to Pastor Twitty how to bring in the kingdom and showed him what the latter days would be like. He was instructed by God to take the 20th century church from its current state to dress her, arm her, and to equip her, that she may lose her traditional form, her religious status and stature, and prepare her for both a kingdom position and a priesthood role alongside men and women of God with the same Vision. That vision is to bring the body of Christ as one in order that we may go outside the four walls and begin the work of the kingdom by gathering those who are lost in the system and have gotten entangled in the snares of the government system and of Satan. This "System" has failed us but the Kingdom will enable the world and the church to come together and develop their own businesses, which in turn will enable them to get out from under the law of men and lead them back to the Word of God and His Commandments.
Pastor Twitty is the Author of the book Wait For It, which is based upon Isaiah 40:31: "But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint." This book is based upon everyday living and is backed by God's Word. God has blessed Pastor Twitty to be heard on the radio and to be seen on television. In spite of all that Pastor Twitty has accomplished, he always, without hesitation or reservation gives God the glory because he knows that nobody could have opened the doors that have been opened for him but God. For this reason, it is Pastor's greatest desire to always remain humble.
The Word of Deliverance Christian Assembly is a youthful, multi-cultural, soul-winning ministry with a message of love, healing and deliverance where "All People of All Races are Freely Welcomed." Pastor Twitty's vision is to "work diligently to build the Saints that the Saints might build the City. The first step in the building process is to get people to change the way they think. With this vision in his heart, he is dedicated to "Reaching Outside The Walls" at whatever cost to seek, reach and save the lost.
Pastor Twitty has a heart for people and a passion for those who have never been given a chance in life, the misfits, the homeless, the drug addicts, the prostitutes, the murderers, those suffering from depression and oppression, single mothers, and the outcasts. His love is real, which is what this dying lost world needs. Pastor Twitty can best be described as a man of God who is ready, willing and able to be used by God.
